Inbound Call Centre Operators SCT210


Our group is a not for profit organization providing transport and other services to aged, frail and disabled people in the Redlands.



Working in the Cleveland Call Centre you will be required to do the following duties:

  • Answering phones
  • Taking bookings
  • Data entry


  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Interact well with clients and staff
  • This person will recognize and respect the dignity, privacy, spiritual and cultural needs of clients and have a caring compassionate nature for our clients
  • Blue Card (organization will assist with this)
  • Offer a minimum of 2 day per week and backup for annual/sick leave
  • Be willing to undertake training
  • Must be prepared to learn the many facets of the organization
